Payment Methods

Domestic Orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal for orders within the United States. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks from U.S. banks. We do not accept personal checks. For particularly large orders, we may require a money order, bank check, or wire transfer. This is for your security and ours. We reserve the right to refund any order, at any time, at our discretion.

International Orders: We accept PayPal payments from verified PayPal users with confirmed billing addresses. We also accept wire transfers, certified checks, and money orders. We do not accept credit cards. We ship globally to:
 

Sales Tax
The Jewelry Vine is required by law to collect 7% New Jersey state sales tax for purchases in the State of New Jersey.

Cancellations at Our Discretion
The Jewelry Vine reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that we deem suspect or fraudulent.

Lost Packages
In the rare event that our shipping carrier states that they have delivered your package, but you claim that you did not receive it, we will file an insurance claim for your order. In order for us to refund your order or send you replacement merchandise, we will first need to receive a detailed letter stating that the item was ordered, but wasn't received. Your signature is required on this letter and must be received before we can refund you or send you replacement merchandise.

Promotional Codes
It is our policy that we accept only one promotional code per order. Discount codes may not be combined. Only one discount offer can be applied at any given time.
