Shipping Policy All orders will be
shipped and fully insured through the United
States Postal Service (USPS). We ship
our packages to you via First Class Mail for one
low rate of $4.95.
We ship only to the United
States and Canada. All orders are shipped pending credit
approval. Most orders will arrive within 5 to 10
business days. All orders are subject to stock
availability. Express
Delivery is available and arrival is
guaranteed within one to two days as long as
your item is in stock. Please
contact us before you choose this option to
verify stock availability and to make sure
you'll have your package when you need it.

The Jewelry Vine is not responsible for
any package that is claimed to be stolen or lost
once it is delivered by USPS. For additional
security, you may add signature
confirmation to your package. USPS will not
leave the package unless it is signed for. This costs an
additional $1.35.
Sales Tax
The Jewelry Vine is required by law to collect
New Jersey state sales tax of 7% for purchases
in the state of New Jersey. Sales tax is not
charged for items shipped to any other states.
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. Your charge will appear as
a PayPal charge on your credit card statement.
We also accept money orders and cashier's checks
from banks within the United States. Sorry, but
we do not accept personal checks. Returns
The Jewelry Vine has a 14-day Return Policy from
the day that you receive your order. It is
important to us that you be completely satisfied
with your purchase.
All items are returnable except for custom
engraved items and special orders. Items must be
returned in their original condition, unworn,
and undamaged. Returns are subject to our
approval once we verify the condition of the
item.
We will refund the full cost of the item
excluding shipping, handling and insurance
charges. Refunds will be made in the same form
as the original purchase.
Before returning an item, please obtain a return
authorization number from us. Please
contact us or call
us on our toll free number 800-409-2114
for your return authorization number.
Packages without a return authorization
number will not be accepted.
Please follow these instructions when
returning an item:
- Please return the item in a box or
bubble-wrap envelope so that it is well
protected. All items must be returned in
their original gift box.
- Please enclose a copy of the original
receipt and make sure your return address is
on the package.
- Write your return authorization number
on the outside of the package and on the
packing slip. We will give you the address
of where to return your package when you
contact us for your return authorization
number.
- For your protection, we highly suggest
that you insure the package for the full
amount of the invoice, including any
shipping charges. The Jewelry Vine is not
responsible for lost or damaged return
shipments.
