Return
Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase,
but if you are not, we have a 14-Day Return
Policy.
If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact
us.
We only accept unworn and undamaged
merchandise for returns.
Returns are
subject to our approval once we verify the
condition of the item.
Jewelry that shows sign of wear, or has been
damaged WILL NOT be accepted for a
return.
Custom engraved items, special orders,
and custom orders, & bulk orders (5+
pieces per style) are not returnable.
Please follow these instructions when
returning an item:
- Contact us by phone or email for a
Return Authorization Number
and our return address.
Packages without a return authorization
number will not be accepted.
- Package the item(s) in
their original gift box.
- Mail the item(s) back in a box or bubble
envelope.
Your return will not be accepted if it is
returned in a regular envelope, even if it
is bubble wrapped in a wight envelope.
- Include your return authorization number
in the package or on the outside of the
package.
- For your protection, we suggest that you
insure the package for the full amount of
the invoice, including any shipping charges
you incur. The Jewelry Vine is not
responsible for lost or damaged return
shipments.
Your credit card or PayPal account will be
refunded within 1 week after the return is
received.
Please note: Shipping fees ARE NOT refundable.
If a customer receives free shipping and
wishes to return the purchase, the
shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the
refund.
International Shipping does not include
import duties or custom fees.
Customers are
fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and
fees. These fees are not deducted from returns.
Order
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any
reason, please contact us immediately. As long
as your item hasn't already shipped, we will
cancel your order and refund your
account. If your item has shipped, we will
refund your purchase, minus shipping charges,
once the item is returned.
Exchanges
The Jewelry Vine does not exchange merchandise.
If you are not pleased with your purchase you
may return it. You can then order the item you
would have liked to exchange it for. We will
make every effort to ship your package to you as
soon as possible. Shipping fees are the
customer's responsibility.
Replacement or Repair
We warranty our
jewelry for 30 days against any manufacturer's
defects. If a jewelry item fails within that
period of time, we will either repair or replace
the item. Issues arising from normal wear and
tear, accidental breakage, loss, or abuse are
not covered. The
customer is responsible for a $5.00 shipping and
handling fee. This payment should be sent to us
with the item being returned
in the form of a check or money order payable to
The Jewelry Vine. Please remember that items
being shipped back to us must be sent back in a
box or bubble envelope. Lost
Packages
In the rare event that our shipping
carrier states that they have delivered your
package, but you claim that you did not receive
it, we will file an insurance claim for your
order. In order for us to refund your order
or send you replacement merchandise, we must receive a
signed letter from you (which can be mailed or
emailed) stating
that the item was ordered, but wasn't received.
Your signature is required on this letter and
must be received before we can refund you or
send you replacement merchandise.
