any package that is claimed to be stolen or lost
once it has confirmed to have been delivered by
USPS.

reserves the right to add signature
confirmation, at our expense, to any package. We
will notify you in your shipping confirmation

USPS Express Shipping
The USPS Express service commitment is 1-2 days
depending upon your zip code.
Please be aware that USPS does not guarantee
delivery if inclement weather prevents them from
delivering your package. During the winter
holiday season, USPS does not guarantee
overnight delivery during the week prior to

or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that our shipping
carrier states that they have delivered your
package, but you claim that you did not receive
it, we will file an insurance claim for your
order. In order for us to refund your order
or send you replacement merchandise, we first need to receive a letter
from you stating
that the item was ordered, but wasn't received.
Your signature is required on this letter.
USPS requires 21 days before a package is deemed
"lost."
