Domestic Orders

Orders will be shipped and insured through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders will ship via First Class Mail for one low rate of $4.95 unless another option is chosen.
We may choose to ship with UPS or FedEx.
Orders will usually arrive within three to seven business days.
Orders of considerable value will require signature confirmation at delivery.
All orders are shipped in an 8x6x3 inch box. This size box will not fit in a mail slot.
Your USPS package will be delivered with your regular mail delivery.
We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather.
Shipping fees on replacement merchandise are the customer's responsibility.

Signature Confirmation
The Jewelry Vine is not responsible for any package that is claimed to be stolen or lost once it has confirmed to have been delivered by USPS. For additional security, you may add Signature Confirmation for an additional $1.75 to US domestic orders. You can select signature confirmation from the pull down shipping menu at check out. With this service, USPS will not leave your package with your regular mail delivery unless it is signed for. Express Mail automatically requires signature confirmation.

***Please Note: The Jewelry Vine reserves the right to add signature confirmation, at our expense, to any package. We will notify you in your shipping confirmation email if your signature is required.

Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available and your package will arrive within one to two days of shipping. Please contact us before you choose this option to verify stock availability and to make sure you'll have your package when you need it. Express Mail automatically requires signature confirmation.

The USPS Express service commitment is 1-2 days depending upon your zip code.
Inclement weather may effect delivery time. Please be aware that USPS does guarantee delivery if inclement weather prevents them from delivering your package.

All orders are always subject to stock availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and will not be back in stock for any extended period of time.  It is not our policy to notify customers if items are temporarily out of stock, but will be back in stock within five days from the time you placed your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your package's tracking number. You can track your package at the USPS website.

International Orders

Payment for International Orders: We accept PayPal payments from verified PayPal users with confirmed billing addresses. We also accept wire transfers, certified checks, and money orders.

We ship via:
Priority International Mail (6 to 10 business days) in a small flat rate box. USPS does not offer tracking information on these packages. They do provide a customs number.
Express Mail International (3 to 5 business days). USPS does provide tracking information.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination.

International Shipping Rates:
We will ship your package for the flat rate of $13.95 to Canada and $15.95 to all other international destinations. Express Mail International costs $27.95.
Shipping costs DO NOT include import duties and custom fees.
Customers are responsible for these fees.
 

Lost Packages
In the rare event that our shipping carrier states that they have delivered your package, but you claim that you did not receive it, we will file an insurance claim for your order. In order for us to refund your order or send you replacement merchandise, we will first need to receive a detailed letter stating that the item was ordered, but wasn't received. Your signature is required on this letter and must be received before we can refund you or send you replacement merchandise.
