1 - Are the gold earrings you sell genuine gold or gold plated?
Our gold earrings are solid, real 14k gold or 18k gold. They are not gold-plated. Real gold means the design, the post, and the backing are all solid 14K. WE SELL ONLY FINE JEWELRY!
2 - When will my order ship?
Orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
Some orders take a few extra days to process and ship.
3 - What day will my package arrive?
USPS offers an estimated delivery date, but not a guaranteed delivery date. During non-peak times, packages take 2-7 days in transit on average.
FedEx offers customers an exact delivery date of 2nd day delivery or overnight delivery. As per FEDEX policy, there is no money-back guarantee at this time.
4 - Do I have to sign for my package?
Packages of significant value $300+ usually require a signature at delivery.
5 - What is the return policy?
30 day return policy from the date your package is delivered.
Worn or damaged jewelry is not accepted for a return.
6 - Is there a warranty?
We have a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects.
There is no warranty against damage due to wear or accidental mishandling.
7 - What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express & PayPal.
8 - Is there sales tax on my purchase?
Only if you ship to an address in New Jersey.
9 - When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
10 - How can I tell which earrings to buy for a baby/toddler/littlegirl/older girl?
A design on a very petite earring is 1/8" or 3/16"
The average design for a young girl's earring is 1/4" wide.
A bit wider of an earring with a larger presence is 5/16".
Huggie earrings and our dangle earrings are sized for little girls as well, and many styles can be worn by babies and toddlers.

13 - Are the posts on your earrings sized for children?
Yes, the posts are sized for children. They are made to fit the average child's ear.
The posts on some of our baby earrings are particularly short.
14 - Are your dangle earrings appropriate for young girls?
