Return Policy

We have a 30 Day Return Policy. Original shipping fees ARE NOT refundable. *We extend our return policy during the winter holiday season.

Only unworn & undamaged merchandise will be accepted for a return.
Returns are subject to our approval once we verify the condition of the item. Jewelry that shows sign of wear, or has been damaged WILL NOT be accepted for a return.

If you received free shipping for an order over $100, and you wish to return the purchase, a shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund.


Please follow these instructions when returning an item:

  1. Email us at sales@thejewelryvine.com for a Return Authorization Number.
    If you would like a Prepaid Return Label, we will issue one upon request for a fee of $7.95 which will be deducted from your refund amount.
    Packages without a return authorization number are not accepted.
  2. Mail the item(s) back in it’s gift box, in a bubble mailer or small box to:

  3. Include your return authorization number.

 

Custom engraved items, special orders, and custom orders, & bulk orders (5+ pieces per style) are not returnable.

Your credit card or PayPal account will be refunded within 1 week after the return is received.
Original shipping fees ARE NOT refundable.

International Shipping does not include import duties or custom fees.
International customers are fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. These fees are not deducted from returns.

Exchanges

The Jewelry Vine does not exchange merchandise. If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it. You can then place a new order. We will make every effort to ship your package to you as soon as possible. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. As long as your item hasn’t already shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your account.

Replacement/Repair

We warranty our jewelry for 30 days against any manufacturer’s defects. If a jewelry item has issues within that period of time, we will replace the item. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, loss, or abuse are not covered under this warranty. The customer is responsible for a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. Payment can be made via a personal check or money order payable to The Jewelry Vine.

 Lost Packages

In the rare event that our shipping carrier states that they have delivered your package, but you claim that you did not receive it, we will file an insurance claim for your order. In order for us to refund your order or send you replacement merchandise, we must receive a signed letter from you (which can be mailed or emailed) stating that the item was ordered, but wasn’t received. We need this letter before we can refund you or send you replacement merchandise.
