Warranty We stand behind your purchase for 30 days from the time you receive your order. Any type of manufacturing defect will show up within that time period. After 30 days, and not longer than 90 days of purchase, we may be able to offer you a repair. Typical repair fees are $15 excluding shipping costs, and are determined by the repair needed. (We will truly try to assist you!) Shipping costs to ship the jewelry back to us for repair, as well as the cost to ship the repaired item back to you are separate fees. Sorry, but we cannot replace or refund lost jewelry.
If you prefer a different style than the piece your ordered, kindly place a new order. When a ring, bracelet, or earring style comes in multiple sizes, we are happy to exchange that style for the larger or smaller size. Return Labels are $5.95 and can be requested by initiating a return.
We offer free shipping on orders over $25. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Privacy & Secure Ordering Policy
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties. Our website runs on a secure server. Your personal credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in our Payment Gateway’s database.
Delays in Transit
USPS or FEDEX may delay a package in transit due to any number of reasons beyond our control. USPS delayed shipments are not considered lost until 21 days after shipment for domestic packages and 45 days for international packages. Due to COVID some packages are taking an exceedingly long time to move through international channels. We suggest FEDEX or DHL for international deliveries.
If we refund or reship a USA order delayed 21+ days in transit, or an international order delayed 45+ days, you are responsible for completing an insurance affidavit stating you never received the original shipment. If the original shipment arrives but is not sent back to us, you will be billed/charged for the second shipment.
If need to cancel your order or change a shipping information for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, and name, and if your order hasn’t shipped, we will cancel it. If it has shipped, it is subject to our return policy. The Jewelry Vine reserves the right to delay shipping or to cancel any order which is missing verifiable shipping or billing information, or which appears fraudulent. Fraudulent orders are a crime and we report fraud to legal authorities.
Terms of Sale, Refund & Return Policy
Free shipping is via USPS (first class postal service with tracking). If you choose free shipping, please keep in mind that your package may take much longer in transit due to heavy volume within USPS and staff shortage due to COVID. A delayed in transit package is not a lost package. If you need your package quickly, please choose FedEx as your carrier.
We accept returns for 30 days from the time you receive your order. Only new, unworn jewelry in original condition is accepted for a return. Damaged items from wear and tear or negligence are not returnable & lost jewelry (jewelry that has fallen off) cannot be refunded. We provide a return label for any item that has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit. Items must be returned in their gift box. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded and take approximately 5 days to ship. To return an item eligible for a refund, you agree to complete the return form on our website and agree to our return policies.
Refunds & Shipping Fees
We aim to offer you low shipping rates. Original shipping fees are not refundable. If you need a prepaid return label, the fee is $5.95 and will be deducted from the refund. Due to the COVID situation, FedEx is not refunding for transit delays.
Custom fees, duties, taxes, and/or VAT are the customer’s responsibility and are assessed by your country. If you refuse your shipment and the package is sent back to us, we do not refund the original shipping fees. Note: United Kingdom taxes/fees are 18%.
Delayed Package in Transit: Refund or Reshipment
USPS delayed shipments are not deemed lost until 21 days for domestic packages & 45 days for Canadian packages. Due to unprecedented volume this year, some packages are extremely delayed by 21+ days in transit. We suggest FEDEX for domestic deliveries if you need your package for an occasion or by a certain date. We do not reship delayed in transit orders. This policy applies all year round, but especially during the winter holiday season for Xmas.
If we agree to reship an order, or refund the order because it is significantly delayed in transit (beyond 21 business days), you are responsible for completing an insurance affidavit to confirm that you didn’t receive the original shipment.
If the original shipment subsequently arrives, you agree to:
a.) be recharged for the shipment when it is delivered (in essence we reverse the refund)
b.) return the order to us (with tracking proof that it is back in transit to us) within 5 business days of receipt.
